EMAIL ONLY ACCOUNTS- CORPORATE E-MAIL
We can provide pop3, webmail or forwarding email accounts. For webmail applications we recommend the use of Google's free GMail service for its superiority in spam filtering and huge 2.8GB mail box. Whether you have your own domain or wish to use one of our domains, we can assist with configuring your computer for access to email the way you want it.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have or intend to have one of our Website Hosting packages then the following price table does not apply. Website Hosting customers already have email accounts included in their package.
YOUR OWN DOMAIN OR OUR DOMAINS?
We can
register a domain for you or you can choose from one of our Mornington Peninsula or business services branded domains.
The domains you can choose to have your own email from are:

- <your.business.name>@mornington-peninsula.org
- <your.business.name>@mornington-peninsula.biz
- <your.business.name>@business-service.com.au
If you elect to use our domains, the proposed email address is restricted to a reflection of your business name or full name. For business you can include departments or staff nick names. Names must not be misleading as to suggest that you own or represent our domain. Submissions for those accounts on our domain are subject to naming approval. An idea of some decisions we would make are as follows:

WANT WEBMAIL?
We can provide webmail access, but we cant compete with Google's free GMail service. We recommend using GMail for its superior spam filtering, virus protection and archive/search facility. Not to mention, GMail accounts have a huge 2.8GB Mailbox which keeps on growing, so you never have to delete an email again. Once you've signed up for a Free GMail account, simply add on one of our forwarding package below. Yes we can offer you webmail, but at a cost, with a lot less space and no virus protection, so we wont waste our time plugging it.

TERMS
Pricing Includes GST. Accounts usually setup within 24 hours of received requests. Spam Filtering can only be applied to a 'whole domain' not just certain mail boxes. Account holders that participate in sending of UCE/UBE (Spam) will have their accounts terminated and forfeit their remaining paid period. Domain owners who do not have their domain hosted with us, must be able to have custom MX records.
